It\’s a good product. Tablets break because of moisture. They have clearly mentioned on their site that keep the tablets out from moisture. There is a silica gel sachet in my bottle too.As for the high vit A content, the vit A is present in beta carotene form. Our body takes it in the form of retinol. The conversion ratio is 1:12 (retinol:beta carotene) so if you convert beta carotene to retinol it would come 4800mcg/12 = 400mcg which is the required vit A daily intake.

I brought this multivitamin and already used it then, I post this review. In this multivitamin, we get all the necessary vitamins and minerals, and also it has AMINO acids and some special ingredients like- Ginseng Extract, Taurine, Soya Protein Hydrolysate.
Vitamins are necessary for energy production, immune function, blood clotting, and other functions. Meanwhile, minerals play an important role in growth, bone health, fluid balance, and several other processes.
